  30. As requested by my friend Jim Townsend, I am pleased to write
  31. an article concerning the dramatic case of Concentration
  32. Camps Program in North America versus "Liquid Crystals Vaccine".
  33. As an International well known journalist working in the field of Eco-
  34. nomic, Politic, Medical and Military's Report Investigation, I've been
  35. in contact several times with journalists from Australia, U.S., Europe
  36. and Canada. Throughout my investigation I happened to come face
  37. to face with some frightening journalistic, private reports and
  38. declassified informations concerning the rising of a sort of military
  39. concentration camp's program. The matter showed to be covered up
  40. with regular penitential facilities in order to hide their real meaning
  41. to the public. On an another hand, those same facilities seem to hide
  42. some kind of formation of 3 wide North America Military-State and
  43. local Police task Force better known in Canada and in the U.S.,
  44. under the name of FINCEN: FINCEN MISSION and FINCEN NETWORK.

  46. FINCEN NETWORK is "The Financial Crime Enforcement Network
  47. established in Arlington, VA, and happens to be the largest
  48. U.S. government run artificial-intelligence database ever established
  49. with over 200 employees from the IRS, the FBI, the Secret Services and
  50. the FDIC, and works closely with the BATF (remember WACO),
  51. the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency acting as a collection
  52. point, clearing and distribution center of computerized data for
  53. virtually all other government agencies.

  55. FINCEN MISSION is, on it's part, a United Nations/United States
  56. Program for a "House by house search and seizure of property and
  57. arms", a "Separation and categorization of men, women and children
  58. as possible former prisoners in large numbers, especially those
  59. who will be considered, by the government authorities, as danger-
  60. ous for the "Law and Order" because they will not be ready to
  61. collaborate for the implementation of a New World Order", a
  62. "Transfer to Detention facilities of mentioned prisoners", It's
  63. also a "Network" of city, State and Federal Police with the United
  64. Nations Multi-Military Forces having direct orders to bring
  65. into United States and Canada foreign Military and Secret Police
  66. Forces for deployment against North America population.

  68. l have already compiled over 15 different Maps showing: Secret
  69. Military Concentration Camps, Secret Underground Concentration
  70. Facilities with the use of unknown technology, United Nations
  71. Training Sites (Canada and U.S.), Secret FEMA Detention Facilities,
  72. FINCEN confirmed Pre-Deployment Black Locations, the world
  73. Association of Parliamentarians for World Governments' Map, then
  74. for the first time, (United Nations, FINCEN and Special Military
  75. Camps Training's Map in Canada).

  77. Then, with Full Disclosure, I have also compiled informations on
  78. "Project Rex 84". "Operation Dragnet", Fincen Mission and
  79. FINCEN Network", "FEMA's program", the "L.E.A.E. with
  80. Cable Splicer and Garden Plot Operations", and many more
  81. military underground preparations (Canada and U.S. against Mexico).

  83. Beyond this United Nations Conspiracy for a total take over of
  84. all Occidental Nations, there is the frightening Program
  85. concerning massive vaccination Campaigns of new technological
  86. "Liquid Crystals" in order of a global political control over
  87. population combined with a major collapse of the economy and the
  88. universal show, from outer space, with laser beams and music to
  89. make the people believe that their new Christ is now coming down
  90. to save men from auto-destruction!

  93. far behind the politic, the military and the international Medical
  94. Conspiracy if it's not a deeper twisted Program long time ago set
  95. up by the circle of the living deads better known under the
  96. name of the ILLUMINATIS?

  98. Their actual descendants set up with the help of the NASA "Blue
  99. Beam Program". The universal space show for the implementation
  100. of the New World Religion, but their fathers, in the 18th century,
  101. designed: the most secret inside 10 steps to drive the world
  102. toward the world domination; the 6 supremes Articles of the
  103. Illuminatis for the inside organization of a world government;
  104. then, finally, beyond all human knowledge, the 25 International
  105. Decrees of the Illuminatis Plan--step by step--toward the
  106. establishment, without consent, of a New World Order-Age of the
  107. Aquarius with the 66 major international steps for the corruption
  108. of all Christian societies, the 11 steps for the implementation
  109. of a world wide Masonic society, and the 13 Supremes Communists
  110. Steps to achieve the age of disillusion over humanity by making
  111. all population believe, one day, that communist system ceased to

  115. communication equipment used to torture and murder persons who
  116. match profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for
  117. terrorists (those who will be considered to be responsible for the
  118. economic collapse and world wide social disorders, will be those
  119. who believe in their faith, and because of their beliefs will
  120. reject the New World Order; so they will be considered as
  121. terrorists!); a new technological equipment to torture and murder
  122. citizens who belong to organizations which promote peace and
  123. development in Central America...Overseas experimentation is
  124. taking place on hostages held by the U.S. in Canada...Those people
  125. called "Mind Manipulators" have developed the technology for
  126. brain implant operations such as miniature radio transmitters
  127. that can be swallowed carried externally or surgically implanted
  128. in men without their consent and their awareness...Early implants
  129. were about half the size of a cigarette filter but--newer versions
  130. can be adapted to "Liquid Crystals" injected directly into the
  131. bloodstream to lodge inside the brain--Two-way radio communications
  132. with brain transmitters has been possible since the 1950's,
  133. including voice messages and "Returned Thought"...

  135. Those dramatic series of events have already started to take place,
  136. now in 1993 with the falling of the economy, and are believed to
  137. increase beyond beliefs in 1994-95.
